First time buyer - Credit Score Question? Hey guys, i plan to buy my first home very sooon, but I note in this regard .... I have a loan for a new car about 22k left on the loan ... (how is it wrong hurt me) Also my credit is just sitting as 695 ... I know I should be over 720, im trying to buy some of my student loans for university, and only like 1k on my credit card. I'm afraid I'll denyed on a mortgage, so I do not want to get my hopes up, only for them to be killed ... i have been in search of homes, and improve really excited, but now the time where I'm looking to get the loan ... i dont a whole lot of money to put down, I can probably scrape up, 2-5k to put down. But if I do i dont really know ... please some data put me greatly at ease
